Great value for the money and the room was sparkling clean. The location was perfect, right next to the old town and by the sea. The staff was attentive and always available to help with any questions or recommendations.
Breakfast delights, just one suggestion - it would be even better with more lighting in the restaurant.

I enjoyed having the entire apartment to myself. The American breakfast was a treat. Strolling through Strossmayer Park and Bacvice Beach was a nice way to appreciate nature.
Having a kettle available was just so inconvenient, I mean who wants to make their own tea or coffee anyways?

We had a great city break in a stunning building close to all the main attractions. the breakfast was really tasty and we enjoyed it in a restaurant with a beautiful view of the harbour. the room was very stylish and modern, and the small windows offered lovely views of the yachts docked across the street.
the stairs were quite steep and there was no lift available.

As young people, we loved the rooftop terrace with a stunning view and jacuzzi. The room was exactly as pictured with a historical charm. The host, Amalia, was amazing, always available and even helped carry our suitcase. The included breakfast vouchers were a great touch and the cafes provided delicious options. The location was perfect, within walking distance to attractions and beaches.
Felt lucky, no reason to complain.

The hotel is placed in a great location in the centre of town, surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafes. It is situated in a quiet area next to the sea and offers great views. the rooms are modern, clean and equipped with comfortable beds, modern bathroom and great facilities like a mini fridge, jacuzzi bath and a good water pressure shower. the breakfast options are great with tasty omelette and salads.
The rooms might feel small after a long stay, making it slightly difficult to move around.

I recently stayed at a great hotel in Split called Top Rooms for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, close to Marjan and a short walk to the bus station/harbour. The rooms were on the top floor of a beautiful building with a fantastic view of the harbour from the rooftop terrace. The staff, especially Amalia, were kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The room itself had a modern design, was clean, and had a jacuzzi bath. a great combination of price and quality.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was ideal as it was very close to the marina and old town, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast options, which were delicious and provided a great start to our day.
The lack of an elevator made it difficult to get to our room on the upper floors, especially with heavy luggage. Additionally, the size of the room was smaller than expected, making movement around the room and getting ready a bit challenging. However, the staff did mention this in advance and offered assistance with our bags.
